About RPA Management
Experience and Loyalty
Sustainability & Profitability
RPA Management began as the in-house management staff for Research Park Associates, an unusual developer whose goal was to build and hold quality investments. This focus on long-term quality resulted in RPA Management’s ability to solve problems cost-effectively based on the expected term of ownership or overall life-cycle cost, rather than the ability to quickly band-aid something. We’ve proven this quality on a range of buildings including conventional offices, technical laboratories and data centers, as well as condominiums.
RPA Management has built a loyal team of experienced managers and staff with very
low turnover. They in turn have built productive, long-term relationships with owners, tenants and vendors. Low turnover means more reliable service, better long-term
building care, less vacancy and lower replacement costs to maximize the return on
According to the Building Owners and Managers Association, energy costs are the
largest controllable cost in most facilities. Surprisingly, they have less to do with building age than with effective management. RPA has a proven track record of identifying
and taking advantage of energy saving opportunities.
